Program Completion

ELON PA REQUIREMENTS FOR PROGRAM COMPLETION, INCLUDING VERIFIED EXPOSURES  

ALL STUDENTS  

• All Didactic Courses passed with grade of C or above (transcript)  

• All Supervised Clinical Practicum Experiences (SCPEs) courses are passed with C or above  

• Application for graduation submitted  

• All End of Rotation (EOR) exams are passed (70% z-score correlation)  

• All Final Preceptor Evaluations (FPE) are passed (70%)  

• Patient log is complete (all required settings, encounter types, populations)  

• Longitudinal Skills Assessment is complete with signature of competency per required item  

• The summative exam OSCEs (clinical skills) have been passed  

• The PAEA EOC Exam (summative exam, knowledge) is passed with “satisfactory knowledge”  

• Completed the program in less than 3 years (36 months)  

• Completion of "out the door survey” (NPI, contact information)  

IF APPLICABLE  

• Any remediation requirements are fulfilled  

• Any sanctions of “probation” from APPC are lifted
