ENS 2502 Introduction to GIS: Raster

Intro to GIS (Raster) provides introductory training in Geographic Information Systems. Students will learn concepts in spatial data visualization and analysis such as aerial image interpretation, satellite imagery classification, terrain analysis, raster algebra, habitat analysis, and marketing analysis. Examples from public health, environmental management, business analytics, and urban planning are covered.
