MGT 4240 INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS STRATEGY

This course covers international strategic formulation and implementation for MNCs in the current global business environment. Students examine the overall nature of international business, the foreign environments that MNCs face, and the strategies associated with international competition. The major topics studied include strategies for international operation, cross-cultural negotiation and decision making strategies, leadership and motivation strategies in international business, and social responsibility and sustainability issues associated with strategies of MNCs.
