MGT 4300 SEMINAR IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As the Capstone Course in the Project Management major, MGT 430 develops advanced strategic and business management skills needed for students to become subject matter experts in project management.  In this integrative seminar course, students use a combination of testing, simulation, and case analyses to learn how project management approaches are applied in business settings. As one of the course objectives, students will also prepare to earn CAPM® certification.  Students will review the PMBOK®, CAPM® Handbook, and CAPM® Examination Content Outline in preparation for taking the CAPM® exam.
