• Apply knowledge acquired during the academic year to supervised clinical practice
• Gain experiential knowledge in the clinical setting
• Develop clinical problem-solving skills and apply them appropriately
• Continue acquisition of medical knowledge
• Develop interpersonal communication skills with patients and within the workforce
