Student Evaluation of Rotation

Students are required to complete an evaluation of each rotation site and preceptor.  Students will submit the evaluation survey in Exxat at the end of each rotation. Course grades will be “incomplete” until this evaluation is submitted, and graduation could be delayed. The evaluations are reviewed by the DCE and shared with the Program Director to address any site concerns or deficiencies.
