Students in the Elon University Physician Assistant Program in Charlotte must notify the PA Program Administrative Assistant immediately of any changes to their name, address, phone number, or emergency contact information. In addition, all changes must be reported to the Elon University Office of the Registrar. Forms and instructions for updating personal information can be found on the Registrar’s website.
