Requirements and Deadlines for Completion of the Program A3.14b

ALL STUDENTS

 All Program requirements are successfully completed within 36 months of matriculation.
 Overall, GPA is maintained at 3.0 or greater.
 All Didactic Courses passed with grade of C or above (transcript)
 All Supervised Clinical Practicum Experiences (SCPEs) courses are passed with C or above
 Application for graduation submitted
 All End of Rotation (EOR) exams are passed
 All Final Preceptor Evaluations (FPE) are passed
 Patient log is complete (all required settings, encounter types, populations)
 The summative exam OSCEs (clinical skills) have been passed
 The PAEA EOC Exam (summative exam, knowledge) is passed with “satisfactory knowledge”

IF APPLICABLE

 Any remediation requirements are fulfilled
 Any sanctions of “probation” from APAC are lifted
