Global Learning Opportunities (GLO)

Elon University DPTE GLO program works with physical therapy (PT) academic programs, hospitals and clinics in the US and around the world to create intercultural student didactic and/or clinical experiences. GLOs may include clinical education experiences or meet other course requirements (such as Selectives). The program objectives are to develop global clinicians and informed leaders through intercultural learning experience while providing support to our global partners in a meaningful and sustainable way that they define and control. In addition to establishing experiences for Elon DPT students, GLO supports sharing our Elon campus, academic, and professional experience with students and faculty around the world. Participating students must remain in good academic and professional standing to participate in a GLO.
