Scheduling - 25Live (class, event, and space scheduling)

The School of Health Sciences uses the 25 Live system for scheduling all spaces in the Francis Center for classes and all other events.

Students, faculty and staff can view the available live schedules online by going to this link: Link: https://www.elon.edu/u/academics/health-sciences/calendar/

Viewing:

• Select the calendar information that you would like to view on the right side of the webpage
  • Select (check) or deselect (uncheck) the available calendars until you have the desired view/information selected.
    • Calendar Recommendations
      • MOST IMPORTANT – Select your DPT Curriculum Year (i.e., first year of the curriculum, etc.; this is different than your cohort) – Class schedules and events.
      • Doctor of Physical Therapy Program – departmental information.
      • School of Health Sciences – School information.
  • Select a view tab at the top of the viewed calendar (Multi-Day, Month, Week)

  You may also import a live schedule into your preferred calendar program (e.g. Outlook).

  Instructions:

• Select the calendar(s) that you want in your subscription.
• Select “Subscribe” at the top of the main calendar display (top right corner)
• Choose the best option for you.
  • iCalendar Subscribe – is probably the best option for most students because it will update when the 25 Live information changes.

You may also subscribe to each calendar separately (e.g, Curriculum Year, DPTE, and SHS). Subscribe to each one individually.
