Amnesty for Victims of Sexual Misconduct, Violence, or Hazing

As noted in the Student Handbook (Amnesty for Victims of Sexual Misconduct, Violence, or Hazing) the University provides amnesty to victims who may be hesitant to report violations of this policy to University officials because they fear that that themselves may be accused of other policy violations, such as underage drinking, at the time of the incident. Educational options will be explored, but no conduct proceedings or official record will arise from a Complainant’s report. Records regarding the provision of amnesty may be maintained.
