Reporting Alleged Academic or Professional Conduct Violations

Upon witnessing a possible academic or professional conduct violation, any member of the academic community must report the incident to the classroom professor or the clinical education supervisor. An individual witnessing a possible violation may choose to talk to the transgressor on an individual basis to attempt to resolve the problem before reporting to the classroom professor or the clinical education supervisor. The individual receiving the report will communicate it to the DPTE Chair.
