GBL 201 DISCOVERING DIXIE

This course explores the diverse cultures, rich histories and traditions, music, food, and locations that help create our contemporary definitions of “Dixie” and encourages students to develop a formative understanding of the region as a multi-cultural and dynamic, rapidly evolving yet perpetually “southern” influence in the United States.
