POL 3250 The Presidency
The course provides an in-depth study of the executive branch and the presidency as a political institution. It introduces students to various theories of presidential power. The power of the presidency is constrained by the Constitution as well as other political variables. The course covers a variety of topics related to the presidency including: elections, executive branch structure, as well as the relationship of the president to other branches of government.
